The economic crisis of the state of Rio de Janeiro and the possible paths for consertation

Abstract

The present analysis requires article contrary to the justifications of how historical and constitutional changes considered as motivating events of the structural crisis of the state of Rio de Janeiro. The same assessment proves that the transfer of capital from Rio de Janeiro to Brasília and the tax order decisions are insufficient to take responsibility for the flu crisis. Other elements were identified in the literature, as well as results of empirical research that constituted the basis of critical analysis of current debate.
